This site is 100% free of anything that can harm your computer, such as viruses, Trojans, worms, browser hijackers, password stealers, and spyware. We're here to help people - not to harm them.

Security:
Our office computer is protected by a firewall, an anti-virus and three anti-spyware applications. Confidential files are encrypted. Our server sits behind a triple firewall with even more defenses against hackers and email address harvesters. Bottom line - It's highly unlikely that anything that you share with us will ever fall into the wrong hands.

Privacy:
Your right to privacy is of paramount importance to us. Our systems don't collect any personally identifiable data about our visitors. The only personal information we receive about you is what you provide through email or other communication. We never sell, trade or share email or street addresses.

Our privacy policy is very simple: The ONLY circumstances under which we will disclose ANY information about ANYBODY who contacts us are:
1. If that person gives us written permission to do so,
2. Where necessary to comply with applicable laws, or
3. If we are ordered to do so by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

Navigation:
Primary pages display the ESP banner at the top and have navigation buttons on the left. You can navigate to or from any of them using the buttons, or move through previously viewed pages using the "back" and "forward" browser buttons.

Linked pages (like this one) have no banner or buttons. To return to the primary page you can use the "Back" button at the bottom of the page, the "Back" button on your browser

The Google Custom Search works just like a regular Google search, except that it searches only the ESP web site for occurrences of the word or phrase you entered. Give it a try!

The little ghost that you'll encounter is your "spirit guide". On primary pages he appears next to the button that corresponds to the page that you're viewing. Sometimes he dresses to match the season.

Visitor Submissions:
We're happy to accept content submitted by visitors, provided that it's relevant, appropriate and conforms to acceptable standards. We reserve the right to reject any submission at our sole discretion.

Articles should be submitted via email. We'd prefer attached MS Word (.doc) or Rich Text Format (.rtf) documents, but if you don't have access to software that can produce them we can copy the text directly from an email.

Photos should be submitted as email attachments. When submitting a photo please be sure to let us know what personal information, if any, should accompany it.

Questions should be submitted by email; not as guestbook entries. If you write to us with a question be sure to let us know whether you want it to be treated as confidential or posted.

Questions posted on this site will be edited for appropriate language, proper grammar and correct spelling. Similar questions may be combined into a single question for the sake of simplicity.

A Guestbook is now available. Feel free to sign it and leave a comment about our site. If you choose to include your email address it will be visible only to ESP staff, but other viewers may forward email to you through our site. If you want to avoid this possibility simply mark your email address as "private' in the box provided.
