ESP never begins an investigation with the assumption that reported events are the result of paranormal activity. We first look for physical causes. Only when we encounter phenomena that can't be otherwise explained does our focus shift to the paranormal.
Our investigative approach is structured, scientific and thorough. A typical ESP investigation includes information gathering, historical research and on-site observations, and may utilize some of the latest available technology.
While technology may help us document the "what", it's normally of little use in determining the "who" or the "why". For that reason we can also employ metaphysical, spiritual or psychic techniques where appropriate. This doesn't mean that we hold seances or use Ouija boards. We simply operate under the assumption that when paranormal activity happens, it usually happens for a reason. We believe that if we can learn anything about the underlying cause, we have a much better chance of a successful outcome.
In many cases, when people understand why or by whom they are being visited, they stop feeling haunted or threatened and simply consider their visitor to be part of their extended family. This may also make the visitor feel accepted and the manifestations may become less frequent or cease completely.
Unfortunately certain entities may not be revealing, cooperative or even friendly. In these situations we can teach you protective or cleansing techniques that may control or eliminate the manifestations.
We strongly believe that combining scientific research with metaphysical techniques allows us to better understand, and possibly decrease or eliminate unwanted paranormal activity.
